How to display specific role users in List- user field

In my project, there are 4 users with admin role. I want to display these users in List-user field.Actually List - user field displaying all users in the application.

Alas, there is not a way to get Role information to be used in a formula.

This is course can be done with the new 3A&S technique. Unfortunately I can't provide a public demo as demos with users drain my account quota and can be difficult to maintain over time.

But I have myself listed in a private demo in three roles:




And below is the calculated Roles showing the role name and role ID. I am in using [Roles] field with is a Rich Text Formula Field which implement the 3Q&S technique:
