How to display text messages when certain selection is made by radio button?

I have 2 values in radio buttons. I need to display a certain message when one radio button is selected and other message when the second one is selected.

    You can do this using dynamic form rules and choosing the "display a message" action
    I suggest a formula text field with html enabled
