How to get a list of application ids using Quickbase API?

Is it possible to use the Quickbase HTTP API to return a list of all the application ids that a user has access to? 

I am looking for something similar to API_GetSchema but on a platform level. 

Any help is appreciates,

    Here is the url for a specific account:

    https://YOURDOMAIN.quickbase.com/db/main?a=AccountUserOnAppsList&uids=USERID&accountid=ACCOUNTID

    It will just give you the list of all apps in that domain.

    Not sure if that helps, but thats about all I've ever needed / used for this.
