How to get notified with full comments of the changes occurred (new and old change)

I have this default notification option to know the changes occurred in QB, however, it does not show the whole comments which was changed. I would want to see the complete old and new comments which were changed. How can I set this up?

    When you set up a custom notification you can include any boilerplate text you like in addition to field names. But if you prefix the field name with "old.", then it will give you the value before the change.

    For example

    Try this in the custom message.

    The old comments were [old.comments]
    The comments were changed to [comments]
