I have setup an end point URL that will refresh a connected table. How can I execute this post upon any modification to a Quickbase table?

I need to refresh a connected table on an action instead of on time (IE 1 day, 1 hour, 1 week). The trigger needs to be when there is any modified record in the source table (A QuickBase table). I have an endpoint setup that executes the refresh action that can be manually or scheduled to refresh the connected table (let's say https://example.example.com/pdr/refresh_ppl/ ) What method would work best to initiate this post?
