I have an employee that just left the company so quickly realized that I do not have a way to inactivate employees (oops).  I can delete them but I dont want to create orphaned records.

I have a Team Members table (which is our employees) with a key field of user.  I have several fields on several different tables that relate to these team members table.  Tasks being assiged for projects, projects being assigned, etc.

How do I filter these relationships on these other tables to not show this user when they are selecting someone?  I tried conditioning filtering but it wants to match something to the parent table I am on which is not quite what I am clicking for.

I basically want to hide the user when the inactive checkbox is checked.

On the form, the drop down for choosing records can be pointed at a report. So just make a report of Active  Employees and set the form to use that report to pick records (Pick Team Members).
