Including a Report Link Subtotal into a Project Total

I have a table created for our budget estimating purposes. I created an additional table that I made as the 'child' to the budget estimate table. 

I have a Formula URL field as well as a Report Link field within the Budget Estimate table that shows additional line items that a project manager could add into the form. 

I have a subtotal for the entire project within the Budget Estimate table and need to include the subtotals from each of the line items that are added via the URL formula field for 'Additional Line Items' to the overall subtotal for the entire project. Is there a way to include this in the Budget Estimate total formula I have?
