Is there a way to use a Multi-Select field also be a conditional drop down?

I would like to have a multi-select field (that pulls the options from another table).  This field would be used to select facility numbers located at one location.  However, I would like to put conditions on this field to only show the facility numbers that are located at said location.

    No, there is not a way.  I think that you would need to move to a Many to Many type relationship.  There is a quick select method I could help you implement to make the selection of the many to many join records much quicker. But that would be an off-forum project.
