Issues with publishing changes from a Sandbox

Anyone having issues with publishing changes from a sandbox back to the live environment? It is strange but "Review and publish" is acting as though there are, or have been, no changes from the live environment.

Me too. Last night I had the same issue. I was told the DEV team is aware of this and are working on it with no ETA.
