Kanban report help - multi select text field help

Question

I would like to use Kanban reports to track varies quotes and their stages in my app. I have a Multi select text field where all the status' are listed and the field type cannot be changed. Is there a way to get the status' to display in a multiple choice field so I create the reports I need? Any ideas?

A Kanban reprt only work with a multiple choice field. Are you asking how you can convert your multi select field to be a multiple-choice field?
