Lookup County with Zip Code

Question

I would like to have a field populate with the county based on the zip code that is entered into the zip code field. I have built a table called counties and this table has the zip and the county in rows. I set up the advanced settings like this:
I also created a table relationship that looks like this:
I also setup a text formula that looks like this:
But the text box is only showing the zip code of the address field and not converting it. I feel like im missing a few steps.

Yes, you are missing a step.You will need to set the table which has your ZIP Codes and counties such that the ZIP Code is the key field.Then you will need to make a relationship where one postal code entry has many transactions.
