My Child Table is not populating the look up fields

Hello,
My Child Table is not populating the look up fields from the parent table even though my tables are connected, and I have added the look up fields to the form.

I have the proxy reference added to the child table as well.

Just because you make a relationship it does not magically mean that the look up fields will work. The field for [Related Parent] needs to be populated. My guess is that field is not populated.
