I'm trying to create a Rich Text formula field but it it not recognizing the colons I am trying to use and the @ sign in the email address. It works fine without the colons and email address. Here is what I have:

<span style="color:brown;font-size:125%;font-weight:bold !imortant">7257 Beverly Boulevard, Suite 218, Los Angeles, CA 90036<br>
Office: (323) 954-6400: Email constructionadmin@avenuehomes.com
</span>

I am finding very limited guidance online for creating rich text formula fields.
