Parse Out Individual Values from Multi-Select Dropdown for Pie Chart

On a form, I have a multi-select dropdown field with 6 options. When I try to create a chart of the most often selected options, it's calculating it so each combination of selections is a slice of the pie, & I'd rather it didn't do that.

For example, if a user selects options A, B, & C in the dropdown, "A & B & C" shows up as a slice of the pie, and if a user selects just option A, "A" shows up as a different slice. Is it possible to make it so when a user selects "A & B & C", each of those values count towards their individual slices. So if I have 6 dropdown options (A, B, C, D, E, F), there should only ever be 6 slices of the pie chart, but right now, "A & B & C" counts as its own separate slice. In theory, this could lead to hundreds of tiny slices of the pie, rendering the report useless.
