Pipelines - Condition Date before today

When searching records in pipelines, if I want to make a condition if [Date Field] is before today, is that something I can easily do in pipelines, or do I have to create a formula field in my table called Today with formula today(), and use that in my condition?

Similarly, is there a way to set a field to [Date Field] + days(1) or do I have to make a field in my table and use it?
