Printing formatted data from an external dashboard (via JavaScript) using a template URL structure

Hello, I am curious about whether it is possible to first access and then print record/table data from an external dashboard by using a template URL? In other words, is it possible to use the structure of a template URL to physically print record/table data using JavaScript found in an external dashboard?
