Pull particular fields from table on form

I have a form that has a child table embedded in it. When a user completes the form they may select multiple things in it. One of the fields they fill out in the table is "quantity". Once they save the form is there a way to pull out just that piece of data and put it on an EFP document? As of now I am having to move the entire table over and it is messing up my forms format and I am unable control certain aspects of it. Since it doesnt have a field ID number but rather is the table- I dont know of a way to control just certain fields within an embedded table.
