Putting Month name from date field onto Exact Form

I have a date field in Quickbase that on my Exact Form I would like to display ONLY the name of the month from.  So for example the date field "Due Date" has a value "5/1/2017", and on the Exact form I want it to say "May"

How can I do this?

    You can make a new field called month and use that on the form.
