qdbEF error, an application token must be supplied. HELP!

I am not a programer. It seems everytime I go to try using this applcation, I run into programming issues. Now I am trying to pull my old Exact Froms up in MS Word (2016 version) and I get this programming error: qdbEF error, an application token must be supplied. HELP! All I want is access to my Exact forms already built and in the system.

Hi Richard, it looks like applications tokens may have been enabled in your application since the last time your accesed your Exact Forms.  Exact Forms doesn't work with them so you will probably need to turn them off.  If you take a look at the App Properties from the application settings and scroll down to advanced setting...if the checkbox for "Require Application tokens" checked then they are enabled.
If you uncheck that box you should get by that error.
