Quickly Remove Dashes From Fields

I want to remove the hyphens with a formula . Can you please tell me how this can be done?

    Part([UPC],1,"-"),
    Part([UPC],2,"-"),
    Part([UPC],3,"-"),
    Part([UPC],4,"-"),
    Part([UPC],5,"-"))

    You do as many PARTS as you think there could possibly be hyphens.   Extra PARTS won't hurt.
