If(not Is Null ([Bill of Landing No.]),
Case([Carrier],
"CMA","http://www.cma-cgm.com/ebusiness/tracking/search?SearchBy=Container&Reference="&URLEnco... of Landing No.]),
"COSCO","http://elines.coscoshipping.com/NewEBWeb/public/cargoTracking/cargoTracking.xhtml?CARGO_TRACKING_NUM...; &URLEncode([Bill of Landing No.])&"&REDIRECT=1&uid="

To test a text field for being blank, use

If(Trim([my text field])=""

I suspect that your Bill of Lading field is a text field. Is that correct?

It looks not work.
If bill of landing is not blank, do tracking, or show "not ready yet"

If(Trim([Bill of Landing No.])="", Case([Carrier],"CMA","http://www.cma-cgm.com/ebusiness/tracking/search?SearchBy=Container&Reference="&URLEnco... of Landing No.]),
"COSCO","http://elines.coscoshipping.com/NewEBWeb/public/cargoTracking/cargoTracking.xhtml?CARGO_TRACKING_NUM...; &URLEncode([Bill of Landing No.])&"&REDIRECT=1&uid="
),"Not ready Yet")

To test for not blank use this

If(Trim([my text field])<>"" ,

I made this as a buton, if the bill of landing no is blank, how to make the button gone and show the "not ready yet"??

I suggest just having a separate field with a message if the bill of lading is blank.

If the bill of landing is blank, show new button?

If(Trim([Bill of Landing No.])="", "Not Ready Yet")
