Related Table Troubleshooting

Question

I am getting an error on one of my forms....  Any ideas on how to start troubleshooting this?  Not even sure where to start....

Is this happening on an Administrator account that for sure has access to that field or the table it is on? Or are you testing as anything else when seeing this?
