remove ""Prev Return Next"" from form opened from a report

I have a form which runs on the mobile browser. When a record is opened in that form, it is opened by "Viewing" a record from a report. When the record is opened it contains links to "Prev", the report name, and "Next" which when clicked take the appropriate action. I need to remove these links from my form to prevent the end-user from using these links to bypass my form rules for required fields.

Any ideas how to do this?
