Report of Only Checkbox Fields That Are Checked

To quickly capture opinions on a long list of key words (1,776 words), I imported the words as field titles for checkbox fields.

This allows a user to quickly check words that they agree are key.

My problem is the reporting portion. I want to create a report with only the fields that have been checked and show a summary of the number of checks.

Any suggestions?
