Rich Text Formula Help

Question

I'm trying to duplicate a field then manipulate it for another field that is basically the same. I keep getting an error that the field I'm using in my formula isn't valid, but it is used already in the formula so it obviously is a field. Here are the formulas (the Link:Final Report field is the original that I'm duplicating):

Does the formula save OK? What does the error give when it saves. what field type is the yellow field?
