I have a Formula-Rich Text button in a row with some URL buttons and they won't align correctly

Anyone else run into this or know how to fix?:

Notice the middle button is higher than the others.    Why!?

I thought I would just add a blank line to the 'Alternate Label Text' and that puts it too low.  :(

Plus it's aligned correctly in EDIT....

Is this a bug?

Only thing I noticed that does that is when a form Section is set on "left" or "above" text.
