Question

Role and Condition based "Add" record Permission?

Hi All,
* I have a table "A".
* Table "A" is having a checkbox field "C".

Current User can Add a new record only if Current User Role = Admin or field "C"=Checked.  --> How to Achieve this in QuickBase?
(User should not have permission to Add a new Record in the table, If Role<>Admin and "C"<>Checked)

Thanks
Vivek

There is a relatively new function called UserRoles

https://login.quickbase.com/db/6ewwzuuj?a=dr&rid=201&rl=5i

So, if the Admin Role was 12 (you see that in the URL when you edit the Role) the formula would be

Contains(UserRoles ("ID", "12") and  [Field C] = true
