Search Bar for Report Links?

To expand, I know if you click full report you can search. I was just wondering if there is some way to create that search field  in the table that the report link is in, so you dont have to expand it.

I was busy typing that of course this is impossible. But then I realized it's possible.  If you contact me directly and send me a link to a record,  I will try to get it working and post the answer back here once its working.  It's actually such an interesting question.
