Search File Attachments

I have a file attachment field and have uploaded a MS Word doc.

I want to be able to search that Word doc for keywords.  If I understand it correctly, that is possible in QB.

I have done the step of going into the advanced settings of the table to click on "Index file attachments for use in searches and report filters" as per the instructions.

But it doesn't seem to be working when I do an advanced search and look in "some file attachment" for a keyword.

Is it possible to search in file attachments as I outline above?  or am I missing something?
