Send Multiple Notifications at one time

I am trying to trigger multiple notifications at the same time.  There are several groups that may or may not need to be notified when a record is added or modified.  I have the notifications created for each group and all are set to trigger based on fields that are unique to that group.  For example, if the record has a check box checked for a group and a certain status, then trigger the notification.  At the moment this only seems to send out notifications for the first notification that meets the trigger criteria and nothing is sent to the other groups.

Is it possible to trigger multiple notification emails at the same time?

It is definitely possible to trigger multiple notifications at a time as each notification operates completely independently of the others.

One common pothole to trip into is that if you copy a notification in order to make one that is similar I believe that the copy defaults to being disabled.  The green check box gets faded out.

So been there, done that, bought, the T-shirt and now scarred for life.  You can try to debug that notification forever but until you remember to turn it on it is not going to fire.
