Good Morning All,

I want to know how it is possible to submit a form to someone via email to where they receive a link that they can access to complete said form that gets captured in quickbase.

Everytime i look on the forums, the only things that come up is how to send emails with changes that have been done to a form or another..  not exactly what I am looking for..

HI Douglas,

You can explore a function of QuickBase called 'Everyone on the Internet' or EOTI .

Have a look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nkpERhfcRpA

A small step by step
1 Create the form you want , people to add data too
2. Create a new role EOTI , search for a user called 'everyone on the internet'
3. allow this user only to 'add' data to specific table you want removing all view/modify access
3. Share this url of this table with https://YOURREALM.quickbase.com/db/YOURtable?a=nwr
