We run a 3PL company and use Quickbase for our warehouse/shipping software and I'm looking to set up an alert email notifications to my Client's each individual customers when their products are shipped that includes Tracking Number and shipping method.

+22Well assuming that you have the data in your app, you would set up a Notification of Type "Open". That type of Notification can got to any email address even if they are not a User.
