Subscription email notification

On a daily subscription email can I specify the time of the email

    No,  Subscriptions start processing about midnight Pacific time and generally are all processed by about 5:00 am Pacific time.  But you cannot specify a time of day to have them run.

    Ok Thanks, Also if i wanted to Sync info from lets say Dropbox and be able to edit it in Quickbase how will I go about it. 
    To add to Matthews post above, while you are not able to add or delete records from a Sync table, you are free to create new data entry fields or formula fields and work with those.
