Table has no Date Modified Field?

So my Table has no Date Modified field. How do I add one?

    If you go to the field list and enable advanced options and click the checkbox to display the field IDs, you will see that the date modified field is a built-in field which cannot be deleted but it can be renamed. It will be field ID 2.
