The Hunt For Redirection Parameters

We would like to enumerate all the redirection parameters used by QuickBase:

(1) rdr on API calls
(2) nexturl on signon page
(3) rl & redirectURL used on native forms
(4) Mark's used another one that escapes me on native formula URLs

I think there are a couple of others. Let's enumerate them here.

      (5) z & Rurl() used with API_GenAddRecordForm

      (6) NextURL used with API_GenAddRecordForm

      (7) NextURL used with a=er

      (8) meta refresh

      (9) script and document.location.href

      (10) grid edit with navBack=true

      (11) rl with RedirectULR=""

      UPDATE: There are a lot more redirection mechanisms then I realized. I can't find three that I am looking for.

      I think there are at least  three more to identify ...
