Third Party service to create Work Instructions using Quickbase?

Is there a third party service that I could add-on to create/share work instructions for our manufacturing? I have been looking at other software options like Tulip and VKS, but would prefer to keep everything on Quickbase. These other programs are more complex than what we need. Our end goal is to go digital with our work instructions, which will include text, short video clips and photos. Does anyone know if something like this exists? I know i can create an app and just upload our current work instructions as an attachment. Or even upload a Powerpoint. Looking for something a bit more seamless though.
