I know that there is a date/time field type, but I need just a Time field.
I want my users to be able to type in 9, and it convert to 9:00. or 530, and it convert to 5:30
is this possible?

It's quite intuitive in terms of lazy typing. Try it. I believe in general it assumes am if you don't specify and even something as sloppy as
