Updating Status from one table to another

I have a One to Many relationship (one Work Order to Many Site Visits)
I need the status of the "most current" Visit to Change the status of the Work Order.  How can I do this?

    I would create a simple action that just says when a "Site Visit" record is added, modify the related record and copy the value from the "Status" field in "Site Visits" to the "Status" field in "Work Order".
