I am an admin. I know I saw somewhere a dropdown that offered the ability to 'view as a user'.
Did I imagine that or does it exist?

    If you click on your name at the top right you should see a Choice of atest as Role, or else Test as user. Test as user is user is particularly useful when users are in multiple Roles.

    Apparently the Essentials version doesn't have that feature which is too bad because is very powerful.

    Well, you do with your fashioned way.

    Create a second user ID and open up a different type of browser [for example if you normally use Chrome then open up Firefox] and then do your testing that way.

    Yep. That's what I'll do. I hope they add that in the future. Very useful.
