I have a report that returns records created using multiple forms. When I view the records they all use the same form as opposed to the form they were created with. Is there a way to force a record to open in the form that it was created in when using reports?

+24No, Tere is not a way.
hence I really try very hard to not use multiple forms unless they will clearly be used based on the Role, and even then I try to use Dynamic Form rules so that I just have one form.
There is a way to make URL formula buttons to view or edit on a given form, but then the user needs to click the button to get to the right form.
