We have an employee that left our company.

We have an employee that left our company. I do not know his password to get into his QB account. I am an Admin and need to access his account and change his password. Can someone help please?

      If you have access to their email you can go in and say forgot my password on the sign on screen.

      I do not have access to their email but someone else within the company may.  I am checking on that.  Thanks!
