Why can't I customized my Form.

I am the Administrator and I used to be able to add Sections etc. Now I am unable to add like new Tabs or Sections. I can move fields around but that's it.

    Check with you QB Account Manager first to see whether anything has changed on the privileges due to the contract renewal or something at your company's end.
    Well either you have permission to customize a form or you don't.  If you can move fields around on a form, then you must be able to insert new sections and tabs.

    I suggest trying a different browser, to see if its some kind of strange browser issue or browser chaching issue.

    Thanks, Yes that worked,as I tried with Chrome and now works.
