Hi, our field techs prefer to use the mobile app to do their paperwork rather than pull out their laptop(which I completely understand), but the issue is that some data is not saved when they finish the report, but it works fine on the desktop version. Any advice? I haven't seen anything that allows me to directly edit the mobile version.
