We're moving the Quickbase online community to a new platform, and we're excited about what's coming. The new platform is faster, smarter, and built for the way you actually search for answers. The new experience rolls out on October 7, 2026.
Why We're Making This Move
Our online community deserves a platform as thoughtful as the product you use every day. We're moving to Gainsight because the technology is simply better—faster, more intuitive, and built to help you find answers and connect with other Quickbase users more easily.
What's New
- AI-Powered Search. Your most common question: "I know someone asked this before..." But you can’t find the answer. Now, AI Answers finds it for you. Type a question and get cited responses in seconds, with links to the original discussions & related topics so you can dive deeper. The AI learns from community conversations, so answers get sharper over time.
- Better Event Registration. Community events are now simple to discover, register for and join. You will see a sleek new calendar view of all meetups, including a way to see who is hosting and who is attending each event.
- Modern Design and Better Experience. The new platform has a cleaner, more intuitive design. Everything from navigation to content discovery feels faster and more straightforward. You'll spend less time figuring out where things are and more time getting answers.
What Happens During the Transition
From now until September 24th, you can use the community as you normally would – start discussions, answer questions, earn badges and rank and connect with your peers.
Starting September 24 through October 7, the community will be in read-only mode. You'll still be able to search, browse, and read every discussion. You just won't be able to start new discussions or answer questions during that window. We're doing this to make sure every piece of your community history arrives safely on the new platform.
Then, on October 7th we will notify you when the new community is live. All you will have to do is log into the community through the standard SSO flow.
