Syntax Error

Hello: Having trouble identifying syntax error. Below is the formula and related error message. The first line is supposedly "expecting comma." If anyone can help, I'd be very appreciative...

Not sure if this will fix it but I highlighted a few spots that might need a comma or a quote mark.
