Create a field that can log changes made to the record
In 2017 QuickBase Empower, someone showed me how they are recording all the changes made to the record in a text field. It logs username, time, changed made etc. How can we build this field?

I'd make a bet that they are utilizing an 'action' to watch for when things are changed. Then writing the user, data/time to normal fields on the records.
Or you could create child records based on that change as well.
