Thanks Mark. The report is open to everyone, sorted into the "common reports" group and does appear in the reports panel. The only place it doesn't appear is when I'm trying to pick the report when I'm making a new subscription. It only lists a few of the common reports to pick from and does not list this new one. I created a new report, but when I go into Subscriptions to send it out to everyone, it is not listed in the reports under "common reports". I took some of the old reports and created a new group called "unused reports" to see if I could bump those reports out of the list. Those reports still show up in the list of reports to pick from under "common reports" even though I have moved them to "unused reports".
