Best of luck with this transition. I hope everything goes as planned. Can I get a copy of my feedback?
One change I do appreciate is that my team can now see the feedback we've shared. That level of visibility is a nice improvement.
It will be interesting to see how this new process works in practice. One concern I have is that the feedback interface takes over the page you're currently working on. If the user is submitting feedback about that page, they often need to reference information that's visible there. Because the page is replaced, they have to open another browser window or tab and navigate back to the same location just to gather the necessary details. If possible, it would be much more user-friendly for the feedback form to open in a new tab or separate window.
Lastly the fact that no one can see what anyone else has said is a little scary and creates a separate path outside this platform for sharing that communication. Now when I give feedback I will go to the discussion and copy and paste the feedback to share with others. In this way the community can communicate or concerns or ideas.
Thank you for this information and best of luck on go live week.

Hi Jim,
Thank you for the thoughtful comment and the well-wishes, both really appreciated.
On a copy of your feedback - yes, we can help. The best route is to open a support case and we will prep an export for you prior turning off the current feedback tool.
On the submission form - thanks for flagging that. Worth keeping an eye on once you're hands-on with the new experience, and let us know if it's still a sticking point for you then, but I see what you mean and will pass this feedback along to the vendor we partner with on this experience as it continues to evolve.
On visibility - intent is to surface the requests we're seeing come up most often, rather than every individual submission, so the focus stays on the common themes. You will already be able to see your own team's feedback, and for open back-and-forth with other customers, the Community here is really the better home for that. It's also a space we could see feeding into our feedback process (automatically) in the future.
Thanks again for being first to weigh in, although being one of our most active contributors I would expect nothing less! Keep the feedback coming!
