How to make the most of your FastField integration
FastField is the missing piece to your field-to-office workflow. It lets your field teams collect rich data on their mobile devices (online or offline) and send it back to Quickbase.
By linking your Quickbase account with FastField or starting a 30-day trial, you’ll be able to connect data, users, and workflows between accounts.

1. Create a FastField form from a Quickbase table
Already have a Quickbase table you’d like to turn into a mobile form? Use the New FastField form button in Quickbase to create a FastField form based on the table's schema in seconds.
Then, share your forms with field teams for use in the FastField mobile app. When they tap Submit, your Quickbase tables update automatically.

2. Create forms from PDFs or images with the AI Form Converter
Use the AI Form Converter to upload or take a picture of an existing form and convert it into a FastField form instantly.

3. Sync and manage lists with data tables
Want to add dropdown lists to your FastField forms?

Add users to FastField from Quickbase
If you’re a Quickbase Admin, you can add existing users and groups to FastField as Builder and Collector roles from the Permissions page.

Add your field team’s mobile users on the Users page of the FastField Portal. Assign user roles to better manage your team and grant permissions.

User roles and libraries work together to group users and permit access to sets of forms. Users can access their assigned libraries and forms in the Form Libraries section of the app.
