Issue while extracting as csv

Hello,

I have a field which is rich text and stores the Names in Chinese Language of members. But when I am extracting the report, the values of the field are coming up with some encoding. Below is the screenshot. The column B with Phonetic Name is getting extracted in encoded format. I need the actual value (Chinese format) that is stored in the rich text field when extracted.

    Sam,
    To properly open this, you have to download the file but not open it.
    You then need to open excel and use the DATA tab to import data from a csv file.
    When it opens you need to make sure the FILE ORIGIN box is properly selected.


    Choose the 65001: Unicode (UTF-8).

    To open your spreadsheet now, click on the LOAD button at the bottom right of the form.

    Your data will then be in the proper format.
